Introducing Palpabl NMS
A unified, source-of-truth network management platform that turns scattered network data into operations you can actually run on. Today we're opening Palpabl NMS to early customers.
Network teams have always been forced to choose between two bad options: a heavy, opinionated NMS that locks you into one vendor, or a sprawl of point tools that each tell you a different story about your own network. We built Palpabl NMS to give you a third option — a single, opinionated source of truth that talks to everything you already run.
What ships today
Palpabl NMS launches with the foundations a real network team needs from day one:
- Source of truth. A NetBox-powered IPAM and DCIM core, fronted by a fast, modern UI.
- Discovery and reconciliation. Push and pull state from your existing devices, controllers, and clouds, and reconcile drift automatically.
- Operator-friendly automation. Re-usable workflows that take the same source-of-truth data and turn it into change tickets, configs, and alerts — without you writing glue.
- AI assistance, on your terms. Optional, explicit AI features that summarise changes, draft runbooks, and answer questions about your network using only your data.
Why now
Networks are getting more heterogeneous, not less. Hybrid cloud, multi-vendor underlays, and the long tail of legacy gear are not going away — but the tools network teams have to operate them are still mostly stuck in 2010. Palpabl NMS is our answer to that gap, built on the assumption that the data should live in one place and every other tool should be a thin client on top of it.
How to get started
You can see plans on the NMS pricing page or talk to sales to scope a deployment for your environment. Existing Palpabl Platform customers get NMS bundled at no extra cost.
This launch is the start. Expect changelog updates roughly every two weeks, and watch this space for engineering write-ups on how the platform is built.
